With this Park Shore contemporary home, nestled on a lot just two blocks from the intracoastal waterway, I wanted to capture a relaxed yet classic palette of cool grays, crisp whites and soft blues. To compliment the home’s straight lines, geometric shapes and clean millwork, the furnishings are meant to be be comfortable, inviting and textural. The open concept allows for family gatherings and entertaining – capturing the indoor / outdoor lifestyle of Naples.

In the main Living Area, to create a flow within the open concept, attention to the muted color palette continues throughout – making it restful and harmonious, while each area has its own individuality and intimacy.

In the Dining Room, the John Richards reverse painted buffet becomes the artwork in lieu of a painting. The contemporary light fixture above the Van Guard driftwood finish dining table adds contemporary whimsy.

In the Den, large contemporary art, chrome, and acrylic accents provide an airy flare juxtaposed against the dark walnut writing desk by Interlude.

The outdoor furnishings by Summer Classics continue the gray driftwood color palette, allowing for the home’s interior to effortlessly flow to the outside living spaces.
